Our Culture

A foundation of patient-centered care

CPMG recruits physicians who are compassionate – to both patients and each other. While we encourage professional autonomy, we also value cross-specialty collaboration. Above all, our focus is always centered on balancing quality, service and affordability for our Kaiser Permanente members.

As CPMG continues to grow in number of physicians as well as geographic breadth, we provide opportunities for colleagues to meet face-to-face and build camaraderie and trust. “All Hands” meetings are held throughout the year and are a time for the entire medical group to gather for socializing, as well as business updates and open forums.

We also leverage technology to maintain an environment of open communication. Executive Medical Director Bill Wright writes a monthly blog in which he invites comment and dialogue. CPMG executive team and board members encourage and support physician engagement, two-way dialogue and transparency.
